What they say they sell is actually what you get which is the truth. My Fiat Punto Pop was and is immaculate and I had no problems with it since I purchased it back in September 2018 and I am very happy with it. Lovely people and and great service. I would definitely recommend Clayhall Motors.

Quick response to email and followed up with phone call. Arranged a test drive and they couldn't have been more helpful regarding the car information and part exchange. Dean and Rick made the whole experience very pleasant . I purchased the vehicle and they did everything I asked. I was told that I could call any time if I had any queries which I have done twice ( no problems with the car just general queries ) Not your typical secondhand car sales shop at all !!

We purchased a Kia Sportage with a 3 month warranty. After 5 months the shock absorbers that hold the hatchback door up failed. John at Clayhall, immediately identified the problem, and replaced them, when the parts were available, despite the warranty having expired. Great after sales service, from John, who clearly believes in looking after his customers. Recommended.

Well where do I start found this car online rang up spoke to John Who was extremely helpful went the next day and saw the car took it for a test drive and then realised I’d made a mistake over what I thought the advertised price was which was my mistake but seeing as I’d already read all the reviews and well trust me there’s not a bad one there And this place has been trading for 40 odd years another thing that was a selling point the car I purchased was purchased some years earlier and the lady had looked after it really well and come back and traded it in and brought again from this place which sort of says it all really I’ll probably do the same in about four years what I liked about this garage was no pushy salesman right down to earth and excellent service wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anybody

I bought an Astra using the Click and collect service. Very helpful did what they said they would with no pressure selling . I am very happy with car .
